Towards the end of your training programme the GP+ team will meet with you and the practice management team to agree next steps and discuss what support is required once you step off the programme.
Although stepping off the programme could look different for each GP, your salaried GP role is guaranteed and your salary will be reviewed. It is envisioned that for the Dermatology GP role you will work in primary care with agreed sessions to undertake dermatology and minor surgery clinics either for the practice, or a group of practices.
